How long does a "Psych Safety Teamscan" take?

1 day in total, of which

  • 1/2 day
    A pre-team mental safety briefing is designed to prepare team members for the process, encourage their participation, and ensure they understand the importance of the scan and its potential impact.
  • 1/2 day
    A debriefing after a team scan of psychological safety serves to understand and interpret the results with the team and to develop measures for improvement together with the team.
